When we first started creating our cutting boards, my grandmother had just passed away. It was a difficult time for everyone and as we sat around as a family, we talked about the things we would miss the most about her. One thing that came up multiple times was her "Beef Soup". My grandmother would always make her soup whenever people visited and for family get togethers. This was a family tradition for over 40 years, so of course when we made cutting boards the vision of my grandmother's soup recipe came to mind. The minute the board was made, I was flooded with emotion. I realized that her soup would live on for many generations as we sit and tell stories of our family gatherings and our grandmother.
My grandmother was the start of many traditions, and I am so happy to pass on something so special to others.
